Privacy here isn't a promise — it's something you can check for yourself

Most sites fill this page with legal text nobody reads. We use it to explain how the tools actually work, and how you can confirm it without taking our word for it.

Last updated: September 2026

The one promise

Your documents are never sent to any server — not ours, not anyone's. They're read from your disk into your browser's memory, processed there, and the result is saved back to your device. We don't have a copy of your file because we never received it.

Why the site is built this way

Competing tools upload your document to their server, process it there, then promise to delete it. That means your invoice — with your clients' names, your account numbers and your amounts — really has left your machine, and you're relying on the word of a company you don't know.

We removed the problem instead of managing it: there is no processing server at all. The engine runs inside your browser in JavaScript — the same engine that draws this page. There's nowhere your file could be stored, even if we wanted to.

What leaves your device — and what doesn't

Never leaves

  • The files you open
  • The contents of extracted tables
  • File names or sizes
  • Anything you edit on the review screen
  • The files you export

Does leave (like any website)

  • The request to load the site's pages
  • Your IP address at the hosting provider, as a temporary technical log
  • Nothing else

The one exception — and it's optional

The invoice currency conversion tool has a "fetch exchange rates" button. If you press it — and only then — the page asks an open rates service (Frankfurter) for the rate. The request carries the two currencies and the date only: no amounts, no names, no files. If you don't press it, nothing is requested, and you can type the rate yourself.

What we don't use at all

ItemStatus
Advertising of any kindNone — and there never will be. Income comes from subscriptions alone.
Tracking and behaviour analyticsNo Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no alternatives to either.
CookiesNot used for tracking. Your settings are stored locally in your browser only.
Selling or sharing dataTechnically impossible — we have no data to sell.
Account or sign-inNot required to use the free tools.

Check it yourself in a minute

Don't believe any of the above. Here are three ways to be sure — the simplest needs no technical knowledge:

  1. Disconnect from the internet. Open a tool page, switch your connection off completely, then add your file. The tool works in full. If it were uploading the file to a server, it would stop.
  2. Watch the network traffic. Press F12 → the Network tab → add a file. You won't see any outgoing request carrying the file's contents.
  3. Read the code. Press Ctrl+U to view the page source. The extraction engine is written in full inside it, and any developer can read it.

If you subscribe later

The Pro plan will need an email address and payment details — processed directly by the payment provider; we don't keep your card details. Even then, your documents stay entirely out of the picture: a subscription unlocks extra tools, it doesn't change where processing happens.

Your rights

Since we don't collect data about you, there's nothing for you to request access to or ask us to delete. If you subscribe, you can ask for your account and its data to be deleted in full at any time, and it's done within 30 days. This is in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the EU's GDPR.

In short

If this site disappeared tomorrow, there would be no database holding your documents — because one never existed.
